1.Describe the interpersonal qualities that make up EQ.
The interpersonal qualities that make up EQ include outgoing, caring, sympathetic, commitment to people as well as causes and a rich emotional life. A person who possesses EQ is comfortable with him/herself and others around him.

An individual with a low EQ possesses several undesirable qualities or behaviors. Such behaviors include being critical, emotionally insipid, condescending, and inhibited. A person with a low EQ also lacks sensuality.

In my view, EQ can be taught in school. When an individual knows his/ her weaknesses or struggling areas, he/she can be helped to calculate on the positive behaviors that are related to EQ in school. Qualities such as empathy and impulse control can be taught through close supervision and consistency. In my own experience, overcoming impulse can be difficult but workable. Additionally, what matters most in wanting to attain some new positive behavior is attitude. Individuals who possess a positive attitude cannot fail in their attainment of new behavior hence the acquisition of EQ.
