The creation of an organizational vision should take into consideration the perspectives and views of all the members of the organization. Vision creation can never be complete in an organization unless it is supported by all the members of an organization. The leader should then ensure that he/ she stays in touch with the entire vision making process to make sure that others are also motivated towards staying within the vision (Bertocci, 2009). In addition to this, the leaders should also maintain all the communication channels to be clear.
The creation of organizational vision should also take into consideration the fears and perspectives of all the stakeholders in the organization (Martin, 2003). This will mean that all the stakeholders at the organization stay committed to the organizational vision. Through commitment and willingness to work towards the organizations vision, it is impossible to fail in accomplishing the vision. The organizational leaders should also work towards establishment of clear objectives for the organization based on the expectations and objectives of the stakeholders.
