All these processes influence the success of organizational learning. According to me, organizational learning is a process that enables individuals in an organization to share knowledge, interpret it, and use it to improve the performance of their organization.
It is significant to any organization whose objective is to improve productivity. It works by first individuals or an organization getting information. The information is then shared among organizational members. The creation of knowledge is usually at four varied units: personal, group, organizational, and interorganizational.I use organizational learning in my work by working together as a team with other members in order to learn new skills.
