Worker sovereignty
Both the employee and the employer possess the right to terminate a contract upon expiry or when the working conditions or levels of performance doesn’t satisfy either parties. The same level of sovereignty should be upheld irrespective of the levels of production. The plant cannot effectively make a viable prediction on work restrictions during the period the contract is active.The management is tasked with setting the desired standards of production and also determines the best procedure towards achieving such.
As such, when a workforce is granted the autonomy to perform cetin tasks based on laid down procedures, the levels of production will escalate and potential injuries considerably minimized. The employees should also be at liberty to design the most effective procedures of completing certain tasks.This is a very significant issue in the negotiation procedure and must be advanced discreetly.
